From June 22–26, 2025, our PhD student Nina Stadler attended the 29th Green Chemistry & Engineering Conference in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Participation in the conference was funded by a HERA scholarship. With approximately 400 active participants on site, the event offered an exceptional opportunity for international networking and scientific exchange.
The conference started with a dedicated networking day for students and postdocs, followed by hands-on workshops before the official program began.
“I’ve never had the chance to talk to so many scientists – it was truly amazing for making connections,” Nina shared.
A final visit to the Science Center rounded off the event with a memorable closing experience.
We thank Nina for representing our institute at this important international conference!
