Flow chemistry cascades
New publication

Zoom

In chemical production, while enzymes offer advantages such as their selectivity, the reaction work-up can be resource-intensive. In a new publication by Julia Hindges (née Bramski), biocatalytically produced 3-hydroxyoctanol is synthesized in flow and subsequently used in several different organic follow-up reactions.

We thank the cooperation partners in the IBG-1 (Forschungszentrum Jülich) and congratulate Julia to her publication!

The publication ist online available.
