Last week our internal retreat of this year took place - not as usual in the High Fens, but very close by, on the Sofienhöhe. After the many months we all had to spend more or less isolated, we urgently wanted to strengthen the team feeling again. For this purpose, the Orga team planned a 10 km hike, which was loosened up by some team games. The games were intended to boost cooperation and communication within the group. After each successful game, the team received a mysterious object as a reward. The collected prizes only made sense in combination and could be used to light the campfire in the afternoon during the cozy get-together.
