Recently, an excellent publication was released by the group around Kazuhito Fujiyama on the transglycosylation of flavonoids by means of the endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase mutant Endo-CC N180H. Our former colleague Marc Hayes was allowed to make important contributions to this work during his exciting research stay in Osaka and also after his return to the IBOC.
