From May 20 to 22, 2024, members of our institute took part in the NextGenBiocat Symposium in Heraklion, Crete. Benjamin Chapple and Lisa Böhmer each presented a poster on their current research results.
In addition to plenty of sunshine and generous insights into Greek cuisine, both were able to benefit from exciting presentations from academia and industry. A key feature of the symposium was the gathering of the next generation of young researchers and early career scientists, which resulted in a particularly creative and research-oriented exchange.
Many thanks to Lisa and Ben for the excellent representation of our institute.
