Ms Roxanne Krug completed her doctorate at IBOC in the field of (enzymatic) synthesis in 2019. Immediately afterwards, she was hired as a project manager at Midas Pharma Ingelheim. She is now a senior project manager there. She looks after international clients and ensures that the supply chains in the pharmaceutical industry do not break down. We gained an exciting insight into a field of activity that is already very different from our own, and our doctoral students received valuable tips on what qualifications characterise this diverse professional field. We also thank you, Roxi, for sharing your experiences from the induction period with us.
