Moritz Weber (IBOC) developed a new copper ligand as part of his work. Due to its high solubility compared to commercially available ligands it opens up new possibilities to perform “Click”-chemistry. In addition, this synthesis manages to get by without the use of a blister agent, and instead uses tripropargylamine as a starting point.
