We would like to congratulate our dear colleague Pascal Schneider on the successful completion of his PhD. He defended his thesis today with the topic: "Characterization of methyltransferases for the enantioselective synthesis of hexahydropyrrolo[2,3-b]indole based natural products".
During his time at IBOC, our sports enthusiast Pascal established the use of methyltransferases, paving the way for many subsequent projects. He always showed himself as a structured team worker, both within the institute and with collaborative partners, which earned him the participation in four publications so far. Currently, Pascal is using his skills at AstraZeneca in Sweden.
Dear Pascal, we wish you all the best, continued success and a great time in Sweden.
