Three poster contributions from the IBOC
17. BOSS Symposium in Namur

The 17th BOSS Symposium (Belgian Organic Synthesis Symposium), took place from July 3-8. This year the University of Namur acted as host. With this years speakers, the international conference covered a broad range of topics in modern organic synthesis, including asymmetric synthesis, organocatalysis, organometallic chemistry and electroorganic synthesis. In addition to exciting talks by e.g. Prof. Eric Jacobsen, Prof. Jonathan Clayden and Prof. Phil S. Baran, the "Janssen Prize for Creativity in Organic Synthesis" was awarded as usual. For our PhD students Teresa Friedrichs, Jasmin Wloka and Cindy Zimmermann, as well as our alumni Dr. Marvin Mantel, the participation was a great opportunity to present their research with a poster and to discuss with other scientists.
You three (four) - we hope you had a great time in Namur and thank you very much for representing our institute in such a great way.
