With the participation of our former employees Lilla and Cristian Gal and Martin Wäscher, a method was developed for the immobilisation of d-amino acid dehydrogenase, which can be used for the reductive amination of phenylpyruvates. The focus was on the recyclability of the system. The successful application was demonstrated on a 100 mg scale, whereby enantiomerically pure d-phenylanaline was formed in high purity and a yield of 86.4 %. We would like to express our sincere thanks for the successful cooperation.
